Delicious lemon cake / Deliciosa torta de limao

I love to bake! Cakes are my favorite, because I love to decorate them. I don't know why I love so much to make things look pretty, but I do.
This is a very easy recipe from Brazil, but it can be made anywhere in the world.



Here is the recipe if you want to try:

Ingredients for the cake:

1 package of moist deluxe lemon cake;
1 package of lime gelatin ;
1 1/2 cup of plain yogurt;
3 eggs;
1 cup of vegetable oil.

Blend all the ingredients and bake it at 350F for 30 min. (I used two 9" pans)

For the icing:

1 can of condensed milk;
2 cups of milk;
3 Tbs of corn starch;
1/2 package of lime gelatin.

Cook all the ingredients stirring always until thickened.
Let it cool.
Apply it between layers and on top of cake.
Decorate as you want.



Cakes make a good birthday present.
To me, it is more than just going to the store and buying something.
This one I gave to my friend Davi for his 25th birthday. He loved. We all did! He said it was the second best gift he had this year, the first was a box of 12 coca-cola zero that our friend Nacho brought to the party!!!

Eu amo assar! Bolos são meus favoritos, porque eu amo decora-los. Eu não sei por que eu amo tanto fazer com que as coisas parecerem mais bonitas, so sei que eu tento. Esta é uma receita muito fácil do Brasil, mas pode ser feita em qualquer lugar no mundo.
Aqui vai a receita:

Ingredientes para a massa:

1 pacote de massa para bolo de limão;
1 pacote de gelatina de limão;
1 1/2 xícara de iogurte natural;
3 ovos;
1 xícara de óleo vegetal.

Misture os ingredientes e asse a 450C por 30 minutos.

Para a cobertura:

1 lata de leite condensado;
2 xícaras de leite;
3 colheres de maisena;
1/2 de um pacote de gelatina de limão.

Bata tudo no liquidificador e leve ao fogo mechendo sempre ate engrossar.
Espere esfriar.
Recheie e cubra o bolo.
Decore a gosto.

Bolos sao um bom presente de aniversário. Para mim, é muito mais que ir a uma loja e simplesmente comprar algo. Este aqui eu dei a meu amigo Davi pelo seu 25º aniversário. Ele amou. Todos nós! Ele disse que era o segundo melhor presente que ele ganhou este ano, o primeiro foi uma caixa com 12 coca-cola zero que nosso amigo Nacho trouxe à festa!!!
